Are you a therapist or dietitian?
I'm an eating disorder recovery coach. I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and specialist eating disorder training (NEDC), but coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or dietetic care. Many clients work with me alongside a GP, therapist or dietitian.
Will you make me gain weight, or give me a meal plan?
I won't give you a meal plan or tell you to eat specific foods, and I will never weigh you. Recovery does mean letting your body return to a healthy place, and weight change is often a part of that. If you need nutritional or medical monitoring, that stays with a qualified professional.
What if I'm not “sick enough” for support?
If food takes up more of your life than you'd like, that's enough. More than enough. You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support.
Do I need to feel ready?
No. Some willingness to practise doing things differently matters far more than feeling completely ready. Waiting to feel ready is one of the things that keeps people stuck.
What if I've tried recovery before?
You're not alone! The focus is turning insight into repeated action and identifying what keeps getting in the way, beyond just understanding recovery in theory.
Can coaching replace my treatment team?
Coaching is designed to complement, not replace, clinical or medical support.
How is this different from therapy, or a free support group?
Therapy often works on the past and the deeper why. A support group offers belonging. Coaching is action-focused, in-the-moment support for the recovery behaviours themselves. Many clients do therapy and coaching alongside one another.
What actually happens in a session?
We hone in on your goals and progress, and what needs to happen or change to maintain recovery momentum. You'll leave every session with more clarity on next steps, and have support beyond the session itself in applying it.
Are sessions confidential?
Absolutely! What you share stays between us, held securely and never shared without your consent. You can read how I handle your data in the privacy policy.
Can I work with you if I'm under 18?
I only work with adults (18+). If you're under 18, please speak to your GP, school or a young person's eating disorder service.
Which support option is right for me?
If you want to work independently, look at the £47 RESET Recovery Course. If you have one focused issue, try a £149 Reset Session. For ongoing personalised support, look at 1:1 coaching — £249/month fortnightly, £399/month weekly, or £649/month intensive. Not sure? Book a free clarity call for more clarity.
How much does it cost?
1:1 coaching is £249/month fortnightly, £399/month weekly, or £649/month intensive — month-to-month with no minimum term. The one-off Reset Session is £149, and the RESET Recovery Course is £47. Every price is shown upfront on the Work with me page.
Can I pay in instalments?
1:1 coaching is billed monthly and you can stop whenever it stops being useful. If you'd like to pay in a different way — or discuss a lower frequency — just ask on a free clarity call.
What if I miss a session?
Give me 24 hours' notice and we'll move it to a time that suits you better. Less than that and the session is used, because the slot was held for you. If something urgent comes up and you can't give enough notice, tell me and I'll make an exception.
Is WhatsApp support available 24/7?
Not quite — but close. I don't use an AI bot, and I can't reply while I'm asleep or in a client call. That said, I aim to get back to you as soon as I can, often within the hour. It isn't a crisis line — if you're at risk, contact your GP, your local emergency services or a crisis line.
Can I change how often we meet?
Yes — I build support around you rather than a rigid one-size-fits-all. Plenty of people start less frequently and move to weekly once it feels manageable, or begin at a higher frequency for a kickstart before easing off.
Do I have to work through the RESET course?
No. I bring the relevant sections and tools into our sessions, and share them alongside your post-session summary when they're useful. You only work through the full course independently if you want to.
What happens after the first month?
We review progress together. If momentum is building, we keep going. If the frequency doesn't feel right, we change it — and tell me if part of the support isn't working, or if something is helping and you want more of it. We're a team on this, and you're not navigating it alone.
Do you ever offer discounts?
Occasionally — waitlist or launch offers. Nothing is running right now. When something is on, it's announced on the Work with me page and on Instagram.
Is this a diet or weight-loss programme?
Absolutely not. There are no meal plans, weigh-ins, or body talk. It's about your relationship with food and freedom in your life. The approach and ethos are deliberately number-free and behaviour-safe.
What if I can't afford it?
The free recovery guide, the recovery assessment, and my content are all free and yours to keep. The RESET Recovery Course is a one-off £47, providing lifetime access to the resource.
